Traditional craftsmanship involves punching holes on the surface of paint boards, leaving the cut surface exposed without coating protection, and the cut is not corrosion-resistant. The punching process requires stable use of the grinding tool and lubrication with liquid grease, which remains on the surface of the material and is difficult to clean.
Our process involves painting after punching the holes, cleaning and degreasing the passivation on the machine, and then spraying. The coating surface is full and the holes are protected by the coating, and the material is permanently new.
Usage: Sound absorption in public areas, noise reduction for large equipment.
